Welcome to BEES Force and BEES Force Admin Portal!

BEES Force and BEES Force Admin Portal (jointly referred to as the “Applications”) are both owned by BEES Global AG, a company organized under the laws of Switzerland, having its registered address at Suurstoffi 22, 6343 Rotkreuz (“BEES Global”) “we”, “our” or “us”).

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) will be applicable to you as a user of either one of the Applications.

This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, and protect any information that identifies or can be used to identify you, or as defined by the applicable laws (“Personal Information”). In some countries, Personal Information may also include data that identifies or can be used to identify your device or household.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies to the inform processed by BEES Global as a Data Controller in the context of the Applications. In practice, that means that we are setting the rules for when BEES Global determines how and why your data is collected in your attribution as a user.

Certain features, products, or services within the Applications may be subject to supplemental privacy policies (each, a “Supplemental Privacy Policy”). Any Supplemental Privacy Policy shall be incorporated herein by reference, and in the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and any Supplemental Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall apply. In case of conflict between this Privacy Policy and your employment contract or internal employee privacy notice, this Privacy Policy will prevail for all aspects that are specific to the Applications.

1. ‌INTRODUCTION

   Your use of the Applications implies that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions. That means you are an employee or service provider of (a) BEES Global or (b) a BEES Seller, hereby defined as any company that offers products or services in the BEES Global ecosystem, including affiliates of AB InBev (“Affiliates”).

   When you use the Applications, we understand that you are trusting us with your Personal Information. We take this responsibility seriously and strive to be a platform you trust to collect, process, and protect your information. To use them, you may need to have an account created by us. You can never use another user’s account without permission. We collect information from you while using the Applications, which will be linked to your account.

   Your use of the application signifies your agreement to be bound by both the Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

   In order to utilize the full suite of features, products, and services, we need to collect and use your Personal Information.

   From time to time, we may revise this Privacy Policy. When we make a material change to the Privacy Policy, we may reach out to you in the ways we deem most efficient. Your use of the Applications following the posting of any revised Privacy Policy will be deemed as acknowledgement of the revised policy, so we strongly recommend that you review it periodically. If we are required by law to obtain your express consent for changes to the Privacy Policy, we will contact you to obtain your consent as required.

   1. Definitions

      BEES Force is our application to support business development representatives (“BDRs”) in their daily visits to BEES Customer’s users (our “POCs”) and execution of tasks. Our mission is to enable business strategy and operational efficiency for BEES Customer. Those functions are set via BEES Force Admin Portal.

2. ‌WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

   In this section, we describe the categories of information BEES Global collects. The information we collect also depends on the available functionalities in your country.

   • Login and work-related credentials: We will store credentials that identify you as an employee of, or service providers for BEES Global or a BEES Seller. This will include, for example, your name, e-mail, employee ID, employer, work location, and other related data.

   • Device data: We will track some data from the phone you use to interact with BEES Force. That includes GPS location associated with data and time, camera use, cellular network information, storage, phone call history, internet access, browse use and others.

   • Your interaction with the Applications: While using BEES Force, we track your use of all its functionalities. Depending on the functionalities available in your country, this may include the route performed, tasks provided and their completion, actions in the order taking functionality, your performance with BEES Force coins, volume of sales achieved, your notes and justifications, the tickets you opened on BEES Care on behalf of the POC, and others. Also, while using the BEES Force Admin Portal, we will track your use of the platform, including tasks created and assigned, and others.

   • Information that identifies you: BEES Force may also process information that identifies you or personal attributes connected to you. This will include your photo, when uploaded, your preferred languages, and similar data.

   • Information from our POCs: The Applications will also process information from POCs. If you are asked about it, please refer them to the BEES Customer Privacy Policy.

   If we are required by law to obtain your express consent for collecting certain information, we will obtain your consent before doing so.

   We do not use sensitive categories of Personal Information in the context of the Applications, including, but not limited to, race, religion, sexual orientation, health status, or political affiliation.

   1. Tracking Technologies:

      BEES Global and our third-party partners (such as advertising and analytics providers) use tracking technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to collect your information when you interact with the Applications.

      Some Tracking Technologies help us maintain the security of our websites and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, understand your behavior, and assist with basic site functions.

   2. Machine Learning and Algorithms:

      We use algorithms and machine learning to operate, optimize, improve, measure, and test the Applications. By analyzing your interactions and behavior patterns, we can identify how they can improve and how to optimize your routine. In some cases, we may combine your Personal Information with information obtained from third-party sources to further optimize your experience.

      
      

3. ‌HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

   We collect Personal Information from the following sources:

   • Employment contract: We will receive some of your information because you have an employment contract with us or with a BEES Seller that requires you to use one of the Applications.

   • Your device: We collect information about you from the phone you use to access BEES Force.

   • Your employer: We receive information directly from your employer, which can be either us or a BEES Seller. This will include the visits and tasks you are assigned to, compensation-related information when needed, your performance, and others.

   • Your use of the Applications: We collect and store the data you provide to us while using the Applications.

   • You: We collect every information you upload to the platform, including any information about you, such as profile picture.

   • Other sources: Sometimes we receive information about you from other sources, including other applications owned by BEES Global.

   
   

4. ‌HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

   We collect your Personal Information to:

   • Provide you with the Applications. We will customize your experience based on the parameters of your tasks. This includes providing you with the list of POCs you should visit at each moment, the best route, your tasks at each POC, and other similar activities.

   • Communicate with you. We use your Personal Information to contact you about your use of the Applications. This may include notifications to help you achieve your specific tasks, or internal surveys we want your input on.

   • Maintain and improve the Applications. We use your Personal Information to ensure the Applications and all our services are working well and to make improvements, updates, and other changes to them. This includes customer support, identifying and remedying outages and technical or performance issues, but also understanding our users and customers’ needs to develop, test, and operate new features and services. We strive to improve the performance, responsiveness, usability, and desirability of the Applications. We use your Personal Information to provide, expand and improve the whole ecosystem of BEES Global products.

   • Measure our performance. We use Personal Information to measure, analyze, and test the functioning of the Applications and all our features and services, to provide you with consistent and high-quality technology.

   • Measure your performance. We will also measure your performance as long as, and to

     the extent it’s allowed by the legislation of the country you’re accessing the Applications.

   • Provide relevant data to your employer or contractor. When you are employed directly by a BEES Seller, they might request us to provide specific information about you. This may include your performance regarding specific tasks.

   • For security reasons. We use Personal Information to improve and maintain the security of the Applications, as well as the business of any BEES Seller. This will include implementing measures intended to detect, prevent, and respond to potential incidents of fraud, abuse,

     security risks, attacks, cybersecurity incidents, or other events that may impact the security or integrity of the Applications, BEES Global, a BEES Seller, or a service provider with whom we work. To further our security programs, we may use automated programs and technology to detect and address potential incidents.

   • Comply with contractual obligations and law. We use Personal Information to comply with our contractual obligations and laws, regulations, accounting rules, judicial orders, summonses or subpoenas, tax rules, and other similar governmental requirements. We may use Personal Information in connection with exercising the legal rights of any BEES Seller, including in bringing or defending against a lawsuit. In certain instances, your information may become publicly available if required by law, regulation, or procedure.

   • Our legitimate business purposes. In very specific cases, the processing of your Personal Information is based on our legitimate interest for business purposes, for example, to understand whether your geolocation matches the location of the POCs you are supposed to visit for a certain period.

   All information is hosted by us, an Affiliate, a BEES Seller or by a service provider hired by one of these.

5. ‌HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

   We may share your Personal Information as further described below:

   • BEES Sellers: Including with their parents, subsidiaries, partners, and affiliates to use in accordance with their own privacy policies.

   • Affiliates: Our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates to perform services on our behalf.

   • Service Providers: We use third-party service providers in connection with our business operations, for example, data hosting providers, data analytics, data management, and others.

   • Governmental Authorities: Tax authorities or regulatory bodies, or any other party as may be required to comply with law or exercise or defend legal rights or to investigate and address potential fraud, security, or technical incidents or potential instances of unlawful behavior.

   When we share your Personal Information with third parties, we require them to process your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable laws, our internal policies, and instructions, and for specified purposes.

   If we are required by law to obtain your express consent for sharing data with third parties, we will contact you to obtain your consent before doing so.

6. ‌RETAINING YOUR INFORMATION

   We keep Personal Information while one of the Applications is necessary for you to execute your tasks diligently and with precision. Thereafter, we will keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to respond to any questions, complaints, or claims made by you or on your behalf, to keep records required by applicable law in your country or our internal policies, or to support the business purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

   We will not retain your Personal Information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of information and in different countries. When it is no longer necessary to retain your Personal Information, we will delete, aggregate, or anonymize it.

7. ‌PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

   BEES Global strives to protect the integrity and security of the information you share and or we collect. We implement and maintain administrative, physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to ensure a level of security related to processing your Personal Information from loss, intended misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or modification.

   It is important that you protect your device from unauthorized access, loss of data, installation of malware, phishing, or any other security breaches. For that reason, we have put in place specific procedures to guarantee user account security. Do not share your account credentials with anyone and follow our security guidelines.

   If, at any time, you suspect or learn that someone has access to your credentials, you have suffered a breach, or the account or credentials of another are either compromised or no longer valid, we advise you to contact BEES Global immediately.

   • ‌INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

   Your Personal Information is primarily hosted in the United States and in Europe. If you are accessing the Applications from anywhere other than Europe, your data will be primarily stored and processed in the United States of America, but it will be stored and processed in other countries as well.

   
   

   If you are accessing the Applications from Europe, your data will be primarily stored and processed within Europe, but it may be stored and processed in other countries as well. Data centers are hosted by ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV S.A./N.V., registration number 0417.497.106, as well as certain of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

   
   

   When we transfer Personal Information, we do so use the appropriate transfer mechanism required by the law in the country where you reside (including standard contractual clauses).

   
   

8. ‌YOUR RIGHTS‌

   You may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information. Your specific rights will differ depending on your country. To the extent provided by law in your country, you may:

   • Access your Personal Information. You can request access to your Personal Information maintained by BEES Global.

   • Delete your Personal Information. You may request that the information retained by BEES Global about you to be deleted, subject to certain exceptions. In the case of BEES Force, provided you are in a lawful contract with us or one of our affiliates, we might be legally required to keep your data to some extent, depending on your jurisdiction.

     
     

   • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information. You can update your Personal Information.

   • Transfer your Personal Information to another service provider. In certain situations, you may have the right to receive a copy of your information in a transportable format or to request the transfer of your information to another service provider of your choice.

   If you object to a specific type of Personal Information collection or purpose of processing, please contact us at any time to understand what rights you may have.

   In connection with your request, we may ask for additional information about you, including verifying your identity. If you do not provide us with supplemental information, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
